repository is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
Public License (CC BY 4.0). The full license text is in

Attribution

When sharing or adapting the licensed documentation, provide attribution to
"Kleos Research, Kaleidoscope documentation", link to the source material when
reasonably practicable, link to CC BY 4.0, and indicate whether changes were
made.

Scope and exclusions

This grant covers original explanatory text, diagrams, and documentation pages
authored for Kaleidoscope and distributed from this repository.

It does not license:

- Kaleidoscope software, SDKs, wrappers, integrations, engine object code,
  model weights, or package payloads;
- third-party material, which remains under its own license;
- names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, domains, or brand assets except as
  needed for attribution;
- personal data, credentials, release keys, or confidential material; or
- repository build tooling and test code unless another file expressly applies
  a software license to them.

Generated copies of licensed documentation carry the same CC BY 4.0 terms.
The proprietary engine EULA and the privacy, security, and support policies are
legal/product terms, not documentation content offered for adaptation; they
may be quoted or reproduced only as needed to present or accept those terms.
